On Friday night Ben Schaller was one of 17 Super Late Models signed in at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) kicking off the NASCAR Weekly point standings. Passing six cars in his 8-lap heat, Schaller reeled in a 3rd place finish positioning him 8th on the starting grid for the A-Main. Holding his spot for all 25-laps, Schaller posted an 8th place outing.

Friday night saw Ben Schaller in action at Marshalltown Speedway (Marshalltown, Iowa) following the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series. In a field of 39 cars, Schaller followed up the second fastest time in his qualifying group with a 5th place finish in his heat. Starting the $2,000-to-win A-Main in 10th, Ben dropped five spots registering a 15th place finish.

Ben Schaller kicked off the 2019 season on Friday night at I-80 Speedway (Greenwood, Nebraska) for the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Racing (SLMR) Series sanctioned Spring Meltdown. With a stout field of 41 Super Late Models on hand for the pair of $1,000-to-win A-Main’s, Schaller recorded the sixth fastest time in his qualifying group before placing 6th in his heat. The following night, Schaller secured his spot into the $4,000-to-win finale with an 8-lap heat race victory. Rolling off 10th, Ben Schaller fell four spots logging a 14th place outing.
